Ryan Hammon

CEO

Ryan Hammon is the Founder and CEO of Cronkhite Capital. Cronkhite Capital was founded in 2018 to help businesses transition ownership and work with exceptional people.

In addition, Ryan is currently the President of SabinoDB (no affiliation to Cronkhite Capital), an e-commerce and marketing technology company that uses big data and machine learning to help companies grow their business.

Ryan has worked for over 14 years in private equity, investment banking, and management consulting experience. Most recently, Ryan worked as a Director for the Private Equity Performance Improvement Group of a management consulting company. Ryan has also served as a Vice President at a lower middle-market private equity fund where he completed eight purchase and sales transactions with aggregate revenue of over $175 million, and completed four debt refinancings with traditional asset-backed lenders and subordinated debt-lenders. He also previously worked at a middle market investment bank, where he gained experience in transaction advisory and due diligence, fairness and solvency opinions, business valuations, and tax and financial reporting.

Ryan previously served on the Board of Directors of the following companies: iMarketing (direct marketing), AWE Learning (digital education), Bijoux Terner (travel retailer), Rauch Industries (home decor), Alpha Graphics (print franchisor), Creative Media Group (software development), Plasma Net (online marketing), American Combustions (HVAC services), and Territory Ahead (online apparel).

Ryan received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors, and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, where he graduated cum laude. In addition, Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
